Flower Pane

  This is a shot of hanging vines seen through our kitchen window in San Antonino. The light was very bright that morning, and the texture of the glass was a perfect canvas for the colors of the plants on the wall outside of the window. San Antonino is a small village at the top of a small mountain with views of both inland valleys and mountains, and views of the Mediterranean coast 1500 feet below and 5-6 kilometers away. The landscape matches the pace and timbre of life... serene and majestic at the same time.
